Welcome to my Substack
Music, self-development and Robotics and AI in orthopaedic medicine... fuelled by coffee
I'm so excited to start my new Substack! Every week, I'll be sharing my thoughts on a song or a non-fiction book that I've enjoyed, and once a month, I'll be exploring the intersection between robotics, artificial intelligence, and mixed reality in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal medicine. It's going to be a wild ride, and I can't wait to share it with you!
When it comes to writing, I'm not going to worry too much about grammar or structure. I'm just going to tell it like it is and share my thoughts and feelings. I mean, who cares about grammar anyway? It's not like anyone's going to be grading me on this stuff. Right?
So, let's get started! First up, I want to talk about this song I've been listening to non-stop. It's called "Something in the Water" by Tom Grennan, and let me tell you, it's a banger. The lyrics are all about feeling alive and taking risks, and I think we could all use a little bit of that in our lives right now. Plus, the beat is so catchy, I can't help but dance around my home office every time I hear it.
Next, I want to talk about this book I just finished reading. It's called "Do Breathe" by Michael Townsend Williams, and it's all about the power of breathing to help us stay focused and productive. I know, it sounds kind of boring, but trust me, it's actually really interesting. The book is full of practical tips and exercises that you can use to reduce stress and improve your overall well-being. And the best part? You don't need any fancy equipment or expensive classes to get started. All you need is your breath!
And finally, let's talk about robotics, artificial intelligence, and mixed reality in orthopaedic and musculoskeletal medicine. I know, I know, it sounds like a mouthful, but trust me, it's fascinating stuff. Did you know that there are robots out there that can perform surgery? And that mixed reality technology is being used to help people recover from injuries faster? It's all so cool, and I can't wait to dive deeper into this topic.
So, there you have it! My first post on my new Substack. I hope you enjoyed it, and I can't wait to share more with you soon. Until next time, keep on rockin'!
